Workshops run in the afternoon, 13:00–15:00, in the simulation centre (room reservations are at 1 p.m.). Facilitators claim their workshop in the Presenter Sign-up tab like any topic; assigned names appear here automatically.

Draft controls
Publish + a future opening time = residents see a live countdown; the server clock decides the moment. One topic per resident, first confirmed claim wins — enforced by the database, not the page.
Team & access
AdminAnother program director: edits everything, publishes/closes claiming, invites people.
EditorChief resident: edits sessions, objectives, workshops & quizzes and assigns presenters. Cannot publish, invite or reset.
Feedback on any session goes straight to the program director. It is anonymous unless you add your name in the comment.
